Made with eggs, creamy avocado, juicy cherry tomatoes, roasted bell peppers, onions, and a blend of warm spices, this breakfast is simple, colorful, and satisfying.

One of my favorite things about this recipe is how quickly everything comes together. In just 15 minutes, you can have a homemade breakfast packed with vegetables, protein, and healthy fats.

The smoked paprika adds a delicious depth of flavor, while the red pepper flakes give it just a little kick. Finish everything with fresh green onions and a drizzle of good-quality extra virgin olive oil for a flavorful start to your day.
